Phase One |
Aquire land and evaluate/improve basic infrastructure (2012-2016)

Host guests for 1-2 seasons to gauge interest and impact, negotiate access, use, and subsequent purchase of neighboring timber lot (2017-2019)

Phase Three |
Lot clean-up & fundraising to raise our deferred down payment, work with local zoning and conservation organizations to create a sustainable plan to move forward with project goals (2019/2020)

Phase Four |
Recruit help to develop a plan to best steward the forest with the goal of placing it into a conservation easement once the loan is paid off, move forward with improvements to utilize the property in ways that align with the purpose of micro-conservation + human connection and access. (2020 and beyond)
